At Eltham Lewis Associates we ensure that our clients’ data is safe, secure and confidential.
Our main aim to help businesses in South Wales grow by clearing office space, helping them become more cost effective and ensure relevant regulatory standards are met. Many of our clients need us to store, scan and, when needed, dispose of unwanted documents. All of which is done securely and confidentially within our main facility.
When documents reach their retention period, we follow a strict policy and only destroy data following written consent from our clients. To give complete confidence and ensure clients do not suffer any disclosure or loss of confidential information, we do not use any third parties during our processes. All our experienced staff have been highly trained and undergone the necessary regulatory checks.
Upon consent from our clients, using our own high volume cross cut shredder, we will ensure all your nominated documents are destroyed. By using our own staff we ensure our confidentiality protocol is met as well as compliance with our ISO standards. The shredded documents are finally pulped to ensure your data is completely untraceable.
Finally a Destruction Certificate is provided to complete the audit trail.
