On 24th June 2010 the new Phoenix Park site was officially opened by Ieuan Wyn Jones – the Deputy First Minister for Wales.
The new prestigious development had been part funded by The Welsh Assembly Government and Newport City Council to provide a modern, state of the art, secure trading site within the area.
Eltham Lewis Associates Ltd had been based at another site in the city but had always wanted to move to a more dynamic facility to aid the rise in demand for its Document Scanning and Records Management Services.
As a prime example of what could be achieved by working closely with its client base and the Economic Development Departments of both W.A.G. and Newport City Council, the Managing Director of Eltham Lewis Associates Ltd -Â Nick Davies, was asked to speak on behalf of the tenants of the site and the South Wales Chamber of Commerce.
Nick gave a brief history of the company’s development throughout the last twelve years and looked forward to further expanding its operation on the Phoenix Park site creating new sustainable jobs in the process.
He finished by thanking the many dignitaries who were present including Ieuan Wyn Jones and David Russ – Managing Director of the Chamber – both pictured here.
