Our task was to remove all the boxes within 48 hours, catalogue the contents of every box and provide an inventory of the contents in an XL database back to the client as soon the inventory was complete.
Within 24 hours of returning the XL database the client started requesting files – ironically files that they themselves had been unable to locate.
The files were scanned and electronically returned within the agreed timescale. We subsequently learned that as a result of the scanning and document management solutions we provided for them, we helped save them tens of thousands of pounds in penalty clauses.
